Once again, I’m John Bueller, with Sky River RV, here to tell you about the Camp Life by Living Lite. This virtually indestructible truck camper is made out of 100% aluminum. There’s no steel on it to rust, there’s no wood on it to rot. This is designed for a 1/2 -ton truck with a 6 1/2 -foot bed, and it’s amazing how many features they fit into this truck camper.
One of the great things about having a truck camper is when you get to where you want to be, you don’t have to leave it in your truck. You can drop these legs down, pull out from under it, go explore the area and have your base camp waiting at your camping spot for when you come back.
This Truck Lite truck camper utilizes very efficient LED lighting, also gives it a very attractive look. Right above the LED lights, you have an auxiliary propane hose hooking up the camp stove. If you want to grill outside, you don’t have to carry an extra propane tank or one of those small green bottles that only last about halfway through your steak. Just plug it in to run off your 5-gallon propane tank.
The Camp Lite Truck Camper has a very sturdy all-aluminum door, all-aluminum frame; very strong, and is very easy to clean. The great thing about this all-aluminum truck camper is that it has all the features of a big motor home. You have a 13,500 BTU air conditioner, full kitchen, 3-way refrigerator. If you get back from a camping trip, maybe a hunting trip and you have muddy boots, maybe you ran into a little inclement weather; you can easily clean it out, because it’s all aluminum on the inside, just hose the whole thing out. Very easy to clean, extremely durable, and ready for just about anything.
All the cabinetry, is again, constructed all out of aluminum. Very strong lathes. All-aluminum framing, even in the cabinets. Solid, sturdy, double tig welded. Very clean, very sleek, very attractive. You’ve got a stainless steel sink, hot and cold movable faucet. Right here, you have a 2-burner cook top. You can keep the glass shield closed for extra counter space. You got additional cabinets down here, for storage. It’s amazing how much storage can fit in a camper the size. Notice it’s all finished with interior decorator board.
Fuse panel’s easy to find, easy to get to. Notice it uses all 15-amp fuses. If something goes out and you need to use it, you can easily switch it with one of your other fuses and keep doing whatever you need to do. This unit features a 3-way refrigerator, which means it’s going to run off your propane, off your 110, or your 12 volt. Above, we have space for a microwave that’ll run off of your 110.
What’s unusual about this truck camper is that you can actually sleep up to 4 people. The table, or dinette, easily moves out of the way. Right above us here, right above my head, is an extra bunk that easily folds down and rests right here, for an additional person to sleep.
Notice how much room this queen-size bed gives you? You even got a nice little reading lamp to run off of your 12 V battery. I’m about 6-foot tall, and I have no problem fitting. Another amazing feature in this coach, remember how I said it was packed with exciting features? One thing unusual about a camper this size, it features a full wet bathroom. You can use the restroom. It’s fully contained with your shower inside. No matter what, you’re ready for wherever your camping travels take you.
